Die Analyse der Zooplanktonproben hat entsprechend der im BLMP abgestimmten Muster-Standardarbeitsanweisung für Laboratorien des Bund/Länder-Messprogramms, Prüfverfahren-SOP: Mesozooplankton-Erfassung in marinen Gewässern (ohne innere Küstengewässer) zu erfolgen. Das Beibehalten der bisherigen Methoden soll nur in begründeten Ausnahmefällen bei laufenden Langzeitmessreihen erfolgen.

Küstengewässer Schleswig-Holstein: derzeit im Rahmen eines Projektes 3x pro Jahr. Das zukünftige Zooplankton-Monitoring (Stationsanzahl und Frequenz) kann zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht abschliessend beschrieben werden, da der endgültige Umfang erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt festgelegt und entschieden werden kann.
